A. Installation period : 08:00 - 20:00
=> All exhibitors should observe the opening hours, especially during installation period.

B. The exhibitor should charge over-time work the above mentioned working hours.
<Charge on over-time work : US$700/hour>

A. The exhibitor should pay participation fee within official deadline, June 30, 2007.

B. The secretariat can cancel the participation of the exhibitor which is not be able to pay the contract & balance fee of participation with authorities of organizers.
- Contract fee : When the application form is submitted [ 50% of total fee ]
- Balance fee deadline : May 31, 2007. [ 50% of total fee ]

C. The exhibitor has no right to hand over all or some part of designated space to other exhibitors without any permission from the secretariat. If against it, the organizer has authority to cancel participation with no refund for exhibitors.

D. Cancellation will only be accepted under unavoidable circumstances. In the case of changing exhibits or canceling the exhibition, exhibitors should inform the organizer in writing.
- Before May. 31, 2007 : 50% of total exhibition fee
- After May. 31, 2007 : No refunds will be issued

A. Official period and time of move in & out
- Exhibits move in & installation : Sep 3 - 5, 2007 <3days>〔08:00～20:00〕
- Exhibits move out & dismantling : Sep 11~, 2007〔18:00~ 〕
※ In case of Sep 11, After exhibition, exhibitors can move exhibits out from 6 p.m

B. Bonded goods transportation
The exhibition site is designated for bonded area by the organizer for exhibitor's convenience. The participant can exhibit its product without regular import clearance. After the exhibition, exhibitors can send their products back to their
country, or can import them through regular import clearance procedures

Exhibits should not be over 5 ton per m2 for safe exhibition. If total weight is over 5 ton, exhibitor should have consultation with the secretariat and KINTEX
